Decision-making bodies

According to the statute of the consortium, ALMALAUREA is composed by the following bodies:

  • The Assembly, which is composed by all the rectors of the universities taking part to the consortium and a representative of the Minister of Education, University and Research;

  • The Board of Management, which is composed by 3 members appointed by the Assembly, the President of the Consortium and a Representative of the Ministry of Education, University and Research;

  • The Scientific and Strategic Committee, composed of a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 17 members appointed by the Assembly, one of which is indicated by AlmaDiploma and one representing the AFAM Institutions;

  • The President, who is elected by the Assembly and who is generally chosen among the Rectors of the universities taking part to the consortium;

  • The Director, who is elected by the Board of Management;

  • The College of Auditors, which is composed by 3 members appointed by the Assembly, one of which is choosen among the Executives of the Ministry of Education, University and Research.

Should the consortium be dissolved, all information collected by AlmaLaurea will be assigned to the Ministry of Education, University and Research.
