How to reach the meeting

The Campus University of Acravata is 10 Km far from the city centre of Cosenza and 1,5 Km far from Rende in Arcavacata.
There are three different options for getting there:

By car
Via motorway: A3 motorway (Salerno/Reggio Calabria).
While travelling on the motorway A3, take the exit Cosenza Nord (Km.253). Turn left at the motorway crossing and follow the directions for the University (about 1,5 Km).

By train
The railway station of Castiglione Cosentino is directly connected to the railway junctions of Paola (Tyrrhenian railway) and Sibari (Ionian railway) is 3 Km far from the university. Close to the railway station there is a bus stop of the Consorzio Autolinee, that is the company providing the bus service which connects Cosenza to the Campus. How to reach the bus stop: go out of the railway station of Castiglione Cosentino, walk along via Edison (which is 100 m long) and turn into via L. Da Vinci, where you can find the bus stop shelter.
Bus tickets can be bought at the Time Out Bar.

By plane
The international airport of Lamezia Terme (CZ) is connected to Cosenza through a coach service. The bus leaves from the public transport station - lane nr.1. (with 1 bus change to reach the university). Autolinee Romano, phone number.: 0962 28538/28869 or Autolinee Ferrovie della Calabria phone number: 0984 399232). It takes 1 hour by bus.
A new bookable shuttle bus service has been recently set up. It connects Lamezia Terme and Cosenza. Further information: www.al-volo.net/index.html
A direct taxi service connecting Lamezia and the University is also available at the airport.
