MASTER’S IN INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT – 2017 EDITION
Enrollment is open for the 1st and 2nd Level Specializing Master’s in International Construction Management promoted by the Salini Impregilo Group in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano University. The course is aimed at students and new graduates in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Building Systems Engineering, Building and Architecture Engineering, Building Engineering, Management Engineering and similar science degrees.
The Master’s aims to train professionals with specific skills in management and worksite processes in international large infrastructure projects. Lessons will be in English and held in Milan by Salini Impregilo professionals in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano professors.

The main selection steps for junior profiles are divided into the following phases: Assessment center, Motivational interview and Technical interview.
During the Assessment center phase, which will be held by HR professionals, candidates will be involved in both individual and team-working activities, in order to get a clear picture as regards attitudes, behaviours and soft skills. The Assessment center will last 1 day and will also include an English Language test and a motivational interview. The last selection phase will involve an interview with one of our Business Managers, to evaluate your technical competencies related to the specific job requirements. From when you have been contacted for the first step of the selection process, either by e-mail or by phone, it could take up to 1 month to receive feedback from us.
The most important features that we will be looking for in your CV are:
- academic achievement and specialisation;
- good knowledge of English, preferably with certification (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, CAMBRIDGE);
- Erasmus experience gained while a student;
- knowledge of a third language;
- willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
