AL Lavoro in Naples
About 10,000 participants and more than 7,000 meetings between university graduates and human resources managers: these are the numbers of Al Lavoro (At Work) in Naples, AlmaLaurea’s career day organized by University of Naples Federico II in partnership with the Campania region and other universities, like Seconda Università di Napoli, Napoli Parthenope, Napoli L’Orientale, Salerno, Sannio and Suor Orsola Benincasa, with the sponsorship of Unilever and LIDL.
During the day at Naples’ Centro Congressi della Stazione Marittima the candidates met the human resources managers of more than 50 participating companies like Unilever, Lidl Italia, L'Oréal, Unicredit, Yoox Net-a-Porter Group, Ducati Motor, Accenture, Roche, PWC, Fater, NTT Data, Sogei, CNH Industrial, TxT e-solution, Credem, Alten, Everis, Alleanza Assicurazioni, Capgemini, Automobili Lamborghini, Tetra Pak, Banco Popolare, and Indra.
Thanks to M.I.T.O. (the Matching Italian Talent Organizer, and events management program) set up by AlmaLaurea, each company invited to their stands the candidates whose curriculums were most in line with the profiles they were seeking, for an introductory meeting, to get to know each other. Graduates showed up at the stands with a smart profile, a personalized invitation, for a brief meeting.
