The Hanoi Academy of Journalism and Communication visits AlmaLaurea

On September 24th, a delegation of the Academy of Journalism and Communication of Hanoi (AJC), composed by four institutional representatives, including the President and Vice-Rector of the Academy, visited the AlmaLaurea Consortium. The meeting saw the participation of the Director of the Italian language and culture and international mobility Center of Hanoi University (HANU).

The meeting was the occasion to explore further cooperation opportunities, pursuing the partnership, set in 2020 in the framework of the Erasmus+ 609781 MOTIVE Project “MOnitoring Trends In Vietnamese graduates’ Employment”, coordinated by AlmaLaurea. 

The Academy of Journalism and Communication is a key institution in Viet-Nam offering training for officials and lecturers in political theory, press-communications and ideology-culture as well as other social sciences and humanities.

Various aspects of the potential collaboration with AlmaLaurea were discussed at the occasion of the meeting, as the co-organization of international conferences on topics of shared interest, the contribution to the AJC journal and the increase of AJC international visibility by joining the Vietnamese Internationalization Virtual Centre to be created in the framework of the Erasmus+ 101128558-STRIVE project “STRengthening Internationalization of Vietnamese Emerging universities”, currently coordinated by AlmaLaurea in favour of four Vietnamese universities.

The STRIVE Centre will enhance the visibility of the internationalization strategy of the member Vietnamese universities, being a strategic network for promoting cooperation between Viet-Nam and European Countries.
